RT Lawrence Corporation Privacy Agreement
Overview
RT Lawrence Corporation (DBA: RTL, RTL Corp., RTL Consultants) has created this privacy agreement to relay our commitment to our clients' and visitors' privacy and privacy-related concerns. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients. We use our best efforts to ensure that information submitted to our firm or information that RTL is granted access will remain private.
RTL does not collect personal information (i.e., names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) unless specifically provided or furnished by the user on a voluntary basis, nor do we resell personal identifiable information acquired by our organization.
Our Scope of Business
Our scope of business entails customized or standard remittance solutions, which may require RTL limited access to client information related to our software to provide customer support, repair services and/or system upgrades. Clients may furnish sensitive information during project development to help in the planning of the standard or customized remittance solution.
RT Lawrence Corporation's nature of business requires the interaction and access of client information. We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address or direct modem connection to help diagnose problems and assist in the services rendered by clients. Information acquired or accessed by RT Lawrence Corporation will remain confidential. RTL will attempt to ensure that confidential information made available to RTL employees will remain secured. Client information will not be disclosed, sold, rented, altered or replicated to any third parties. But we may share only aggregate information with our business partners and will refrain from disseminating client files, access codes, financial information or any other confidential client data.
Employees
RT Lawrence Corporation employees are given a code of conduct that stipulates our requirements when accessing sensitive customer information. Accessibility of client information is based on the sensitivity of the material. Authorization given to our employees is based on a stringent evaluation of responsibilities.
Our Use of Your Information
We internally use your information to help improve our development department, assist in project collaboration, and create additional products and services. Our ability to access your information is to provide services rendered for the client.
Third-Party Vendors/Suppliers
